I think you need to start with the User Manual - Create your first VM.

I suspect the OP is using a translation engine, so directing him to the user manual may not help him much. It depends on how well the translator copes with technical English.

@Dentonas: you need a .ISO image containing the installer for the OS you wish to install. Attach that ISO to the VM before starting it.

Yes, also you should ensure that "CD boot" should come first in the boot order. "Network Boot" should not be selected.
