Win 7 Host lost internet connection after using Ubuntu VM

Hello,
I recently starting using Virtual box on my Win7. The Virtual box has one VM; Ubuntu 12.* LTS. There is a bridge network adapter for this VM. My problem is that internet suddenly stopped working on my Win7 but is working fine on Ubuntu. Also, Win 7 host can ping various websites but cannot browser them.
So far I have
- restarted several times
- shutdown and restarted
- changed between NAT vs Bridge adapters for the VM, unchecked network setting for the VM i.e no internet access for Ubuntu.
- Tried "netsh winsock reset" -> "netsh ip int reset resetlog.txt" using administrator privileged cmd prompt on Win 7
- tried Ethernet connection instead of wireless.
- disabled power management for network adapters on Win 7.
- drivers for network adapters have 2012 as update date.
I dont want to uninstall Virtual box or repair Win7.
Thanks..
