Hello,
I experience a very bad sound quality on my Windows 7 guest using a Logitech PC 960 USB headset. The log file has lots of lines as following:
OHCI#0: Lagging too far behind, not trying to catch up anymore. Expect glitches with USB devices
Host:
- MacBook Pro 9,1, Mid 2012
- 2,7 GHz Intel Core i7
- 16 GB RAM 1600 MHz DDR3
- OX S Yosemite 10.10.4
Any idea how to solve this problem?

You could start by reducing the number of cores assigned to your guest from 6 to 2. Your CPU only has 4 to begin with.00:00:02.129549 NumCPUs <integer> = 0x0000000000000006 (6)
