Keeping Windows environment traffic inside of VirtualBox

Hello All,
I would like to create a Windows network environment inside of VirtualBox including Win Sever 2012, DHCP, DNS, Windows 7, and Windows 8. I will practicing some labs in preparation from a few Microsoft Server certification exams. I would like to set this environment up in a computer sitting at my work place; however, i don't want any traffic exiting the test environment e.g. (IP address leasing from DHCP, DNS configurations) except for out bound web traffic. I would like to work on the computer from home connecting back to my work network via Cirtix. Does anyone have suggestions as to how i can achieve this?
