VirtualBox Manager doesn't start (4.3.28)

I have problem running VB Manager on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

After launching the program from shortcut or Quick Launch, the process VirtualBox.exe is created using about 30MB of memory but NO VBoxSVC.exe process (or any vb related) is created.
The GUI of manager doesn't appear and I can do nothing.

Yesterday it was working perfectly and no new software or hardware has been installed since then.
I tried disabling everything, shutting down antivirus and all the music apps (I read about VB having conflicts with audio devices and programs) but nothing helped.

Of course I tried rebooting several times and also reinstalling VirtualBox. I tried to delete everything that has something to do with VB (.VirtualBox direcotry in home, VirtualBox WMs etc). Then after uninstalling and installing again, the folder wasn't even created so I have no error logs so there is nothing to show you.

I tried installing versions 4.3.20, 4.3.26 and 4.3.28 but none of them works. All of them only spawn one process and do nothing.

Any ideas? I have very important work saved in one of the virtual machines and I need to boot them ASAP. Thank you!

What is the output of the following command, ran in the install directory of virtualbox:

It lists my virtual machines...
