Windows 8.1 64bit pro does not stop after installing 4.3.28

Hi,

I have a serious problem with the 4.3.28 oracle virtual box. After getting installed on windows 8.1 64bit pro and tried to stop windows 8.1 64bit pro, i was unable to,
and the start time on Windows was also far slower.

I have disabled USB/phyton when i have installed second time. Problem occurs.

On the version 5 RC3, it was not a problem, although i have disabled the bridge networking also at that time. (so i cannot confirm that on 4.3.28 if i disable it, it will succeed)

As i need to use Oracle VM heavily, i need some answer why the windows just hanging at the background for minutes and not doing anything. (i don't want to kill my computer holding the power button when i stop windows)

On windows 7 i have used recently in the past without any problem.

Make sure Hyper-v is disabled on the host. Otherwise I'm not aware of any specific problem with Win8.1.64bit hosts.

Well, it's the only way that statements like "I need to use VirtualBox heavily..." will carry any weight. Otherwise it's best effort like everyone else!
