BSOD in ndis.sys on Win8.1

Hi!

I'm running Virtualbox 4.3.28 r100309 on Windows 8.1 on Intel Core i7 laptop.
After some time Windows began to repeatedly crash in ndis.sys.
When I disable (in safe mode) VirtualBox Bridged networking driver for Host-Only network
it stops to crash. When I enable it, it dies instantly.

Also Agnitum Outpost Firewall Pro is istalled.

I got both minidump and memory.dmp files and can send it.

When I disable bridged driver I loosing NAT internet in VM so it's not an option.
What to do?
