[Solved] Cannot configure network adapter 2, 3 and 4

I have an Ubuntu Virtaul machine on my windows 8 host. I have attached Network Adapter 1 to NAT. Now I need to attach Network adapter 2 to internal network. I can't click the Adapter 2 tab because it is grayed out. How do I activate it? Please see the attached.

Shut the VM down (not suspend) before make major settings changes.
