XP guest can't connect to network

I can't get XP to connect to my internet connection.
My host is Win7
Guest is XP Pro
Settings in VirtualBox ver. 4.3.12.r93733 for the network is:


In XP my network is setup with:


With TCP/IP settings:

My host is connected to the wireless network with no problem.

Before configuring the VirtualBox settings I did shutdown XP. I have re-booted XP a few times since then.

AS a side note:
When I try to run this:

I get this:

I have done a lot of searches for resolutions and haven't found any solutions.

Bridged networking is unreliable on wireless networks. Does it work in NAT mode?

At first I didn't think it did because when I looked at the IP address it assigned it gave me:

But I tried it and it works great.
