Trouble Installing Virtual Box 4.3.28.100309

I am running Windows 10 Build 10130 and when ever I try to install Virtual Box 4.3.28 it will get to the rolling back stage when it will stop installing and tell me it has ended prematurely and my system has not been changed and there was a fatal error during installation. Any help resolving this will be much appreciated.
