Hello,
i'm running Virtualbox 4.3.28 on an Win 8.1 Host und a Xubuntu 32 Bit Guest.
When i go into the settings (guest is shut down) , the progressbar stayes a long Time at 55%, everything i change now will be lost.
After about 2 minutes (real minutes, not felt ones) the progressbar reaches 100%. When i wait and change now, everything is fine.
The second thing is a very slow boot. I have an i5 Notebook 8GB RAM and SSD, and after about an Minute i see the first black screen with virtualbox logo... The Rest of the boot requires about 5 Minutes.
Something must be wrong... Any Suggestions?
Greetings der74er

You should enable VT-x in the host bios and try again.
Code: Select all
00:00:46.060978 HMR3Init: Falling back to raw-mode: VT-x is disabled in the BIOS.
