Windows XP on OpenSuse10.2 - task-bar

Hello,
I am running Windows XP as Guest on OpenSuse10.2 with VirtualBox 1.5.6 (due to the Host-Interface problem with 1.6).
When using the seamless mode:
is there a possibility to use the Windows task-bar like the KDE Menu?
That means:
- Always have the Windows task-bar in front, docked at the right border of the screen on each workspace.
- Although possible to have linux-programs in front of windows-programs.
- When maximising linux-programs they may not be below or above the windows task-bar.
I have seen this behavior with Parallels on MacOSX
Any ideas?
