vbox at win 8.1 start reduced at icon

hi

how to have vbox runnig at win start, 8.1 64bit , reduced at icon in the application bar?

in task scheduler i was able to create a task to have it running at start of win 8.1
but i'm not able to have it reduced at icon in application bar
for other sw i only have to add, in the task, "-minimized" to do that
but also if i add that string with vbox it isn't working

probably i've to dig with vboxmanage command line..
but how?
what i've to type exactly in order to do that?

probably there must be a misunderstanding..

i mean that i was able to start vbox at win 8.1 start up
but it starts as -normal window-
as per my attach jpg to this post

then i've to manually minimized it to have it in the task bar

i ask you how to have it already minimized in the task bar at win 8.1 start up

Yes I thought you meant something different. What you want is a specific Windows related solution that has nothing to do with VirtualBox.
Search for start minimized in windows ( your specific version ) for the Windows solution.
