Question: Are you guys going to fix the VBox Guest Additions error? I mean, the Guest editions has an error on beta versions of Windows like Windows NT 5, Beta 1, 2, and 3. Also doesn't work on Windows Longhorn. Can you also make support for Windows 98? Thanks for your answers.

I think "no to all of the above" is probably accurate! - since none of that sounds like it's likely to become a dev priority.
For example I can't imagine what would be gained by targeting GAs at an NT 5 beta when working GAs already exist for the final release version (Windows 2000). The Win98 market is dead, so development resources would be wasted there as well.

Well, I'm sorry that I love old operating systems... I just want them to work correctly. Whistler doesn't work. WINDOWS 10 DOESN'T EVEN WORK!! I can't disable the Direct3D thing. And after I install it, there is an error. I already made a thread over that and I actually got helpful replies. And may I ask what a GA is?
There is nothing wrong with liking old operating systems, as long as you don't expect them to run on modern machines. They were not designed to run on them.
You do have a better chance on getting them to run in a vm than on a modern PC, because you can fiddle with the system settings, but the only really successful way to run them is on a physical machine of their era (if you can find one still working).

Many of us do, that isn't the problem. The problem is that you want support for running broken versions of those old OS's, and that ain't gonna happen. You can't possibly imagine there is any commercial justification for that work. But, if you want to do the work and contribute the code then have at it.
I'm not going to discuss Win10, as there are plenty of detailed Win10 discussion topics for you to read already, and I certainly recommend that you do.

Yeah, I know there are Win10 threads. I'm not trying to be mean. I was just trying to ask if you guys can fix it, or leave it. I'll just stop asking stupid stuff like this. But one more question; Howcome I can't hear any sounds on Windows Longhorn?
It would be impossible to even get documentation of the differences. By definition the only available documentation is wrong. Finding out what the differences are would be a long and costly exercise... and whatever would be the reason? So one bloke can play sounds on his broken OS? Somebody needs to get a better grip on reality!

I just asked,because someday I want my mom to be an OS tester, like OSFirstTimer (https://www.youtube.com/user/OsFirstTimer), but okay. I'm not that good with coding, or I would fix it myself.

No need to tell us that. Somebody who knew what it involved wouldn't have asked. They wouldn't attempt it themselves either - even as a hobbyist your time would be better spent elsewhere.
