Windows 10 is host.
when start install with administrator , show this error "installation failed! Error: Errore irreversibile durante l'installazione"

Ah, I see that you responded while I was editing my post.
Please bear in mind that Win10 is not yet a supported host OS. However, from all the previous topics created on this subject I suspect that not installing the bridged networking driver might solve your problem.
