Mac can't print with Windows running

Hi y'all!
I just installed VirtualBox in a Mac Mini with Yosemite 10.10.3 and I have a problem that is getting me nervous
In Windows my Brother MFC-7360N prints perfect when is running, but in Mac I can only print documents when I shut down Windows in VirtualBox, if I push print in Mac some documents, all are in waiting in the status until I shutdown Windows, as soon as I shutdown, the printer start to do the job, is like Windows takes the printer for it, and doesn's allow mac to print anyhting...
Please I need help with this
