Code: Select all

Guest OS: Other/Unknown
NIC 1: MAC: 080027E08D9E, Attachment: NAT, Cable connected: on, Trace: off (file: none), Type: Am79C973, Reported speed: 0 Mbps, Boot priority: 0, Pro misc Policy: deny, Bandwidth group: none
Your problem started when you selected other for the guest. You say it is a Windows 7 guest so you should have chosen the Windows 7 template which would have presented the proper virtual hardware.

AMD PCNet FAST III (Am79C973, the default); should have been the IntelPro 1000 MT so change it while the guest is shut down, not saved state.

Audio: enabled (Driver: DSOUND, Controller: AC97) should be changed to the Intel HD Audio so change that as well.

Thanks man, that did the trick.

TY for the patience.
