VirtualBox server networking and Pulse VPN client

Hi all,
First of all, I'm a newbie with virtualization
I've installed VM VirtualBox on a corporate laptop (windows 7 64bits). I've loaded a Debian server image VirtualBox and I use some server resources from the windows machine hosting this server.
All works fine except with 1 situation : on this windows machine, I'm using a Juniper Pulse client in order to connect to the corporate network resources and once my session is active, I can't anymore reach the Debian server.
My VM network adapter settings is "Attached to Host-Only adapter" and using the automatically generated interface "Virtual Host-Only Eth adapt.
Does someone have an idea about how to solve my issue?
Many thanks in advance for your help.

You will need to see with your VPN team - they can remotely enforce security rule (and break existing network config) to make sure you don't leak data.

Thanks a lot for your quick reply Noteirak. The thing is that I can't involve them as this software is not officially allowed
Do you know if there is another "local" solution?

Thanks.

Hard to say - it depends how the software is actually locking down your capabilities. Easy try is to re-add missing routes.
