W7 host - xp guest videos

Good afternoon

I have installed on my computer a Windows 7 -64 as host and guest operating system Windows XP -32 virtual machine. VirtualBox 4.3.28.

I have installed this machine only to see videos on youtube html5 but embedded in other pages while doing other things on the host. No need to watch the videos in varying quality in no time, just reproducing several at once.

So far, I've gotten the resources consumed by the virtual machine are as few as possible, as far as I can understand, but still hangs the host, which is why I ask you please help.

Could you tell me how to configure both Virtualbox videos are seen with the least possible consumption of resources? It could be the video memory or maybe the screen resolution?

Thank you very much and best regards! :) :) :)

You may want to update VirtualBox to something from this century. :D

Code: Select all

00:00:01.600 VirtualBox 3.2.6_OSE r30439 win.amd64 (Aug 21 2010 07:06:46) release log
j/k sorta. You really need to update though.

Let's put it that way: reproduce your issue with VirtualBox 4.3.28 and then we can try to help :)
3.2 branch is out of support since this month!
