Vboxmanage command affecting other VMs? Reset VMs?

i)
Is it possible that a vboxmanage command specifically targeted at one particular VM, let's call it "A", influences settings or the configuration of another VM, let's call that "B"?

Asking since I ran a few vboxmanage commands on "A" and after some time of not using VB, now when starting "B" or any other VM, Seamless Mode does not work any more.

I highly doubt that commands for one VM influence other VMs, but I wanted to be sure, to be able to rule out this scenario.

Is there a vboxmanage command that can globally reset all settings of a particular or all VMs, so to speak set it to the state it had before any commands were supplied to a particular VM or all VMs.

No. In any case seamless mode is not a VM setting, its done by a display driver in the guest. If you are seeing shared behaviour then the common factor would be new software installed, not a setting.

Glad to hear, like I thought, commands for one VM cannot influence another VM.

No new software was installed on the host or any of the guests, what means I am continuing to research the issue.

Thank you for your reply.
