Trying To Install A Linux OS

Post by Shaggy »

I'm trying to load a Linux OS on VirtualBox 4.3.28 and I get an error saying that "This kernel requires an X86-64 CPU, but only detected an i686 CPU." The problem is I have a 64! So I looked in settings and the only systems listed are 32! What should I do? I had it working 2 weeks ago, but can't get it going now.
