Error with virtualbox and 10 Technical preview

Hi everyone! I am writing in this forum because of a problem that i have with the installation of windows 10 technical preview...
Host Windows 7 64 bit
I have installed virtualbox 4.3.28 for windows and i have tried to create a virtual machine in order to try the last o.s. by windows but unfortunately I found a problem...
I have no idea about what this error means and how to solve it...
I hope that someone can help me..

You must select the template for Windows 10 (or at least 8.1) in the VM properties.
(This does not only set the visible parameters, but also enables a specific CPU opcode.)

Be sure that:
- VT-x/AMD-V is enabled in the BIOS and available in the host (remove hyper-v if installed)
- Make sure the correct OS template is choosen in the VM config

Thank you for your help.
I checked in the bios and the voice VT-d (I don't have VD-x) is enabled and the template that I choose is correct.
Host windows 7 64 bit 8 GB ram
Guest windows 10 technical preview 64 bit 2 GB ram

If you really don't have VT-x then you can't run Win8 or Win10 in a VirtualBox VM.
VT-d is not necessary. But if you have it then you
must also have VT-x, and Intel agrees:
