I have 4.3.26r98r988 installed if "About Virtualbox" is correct.

"Check for updates" reports I'm current.

But 4.3.28 is listed for download on the website.

Is this just the version number difference with the UI, or is it failing to get the latest version?

Having been away for a week, I was surprised to see the security fixes for other platforms, but not update for Mac OS X.

The current version is 4.3.28. Check For Updates isn't always in sync.

Looks like it had previously downloaded 4.3.28 DMG file to my downloads folder.

Upgraded now, and the UI does report 4.3.28, so does look like it is out of sync.
