How can I fix this?

That happened when you tried to install 8.1 in a vm with a Windows 8 profile. Does your vm have a Windows 8.1 profile?

No, it has WIn 10 x32 settings.

I have just folowed the standard install "wizard"

Um. Nobody asked for the startup log! Your VM isn't having a problem starting, your guest OS is.

The link told you what we need and how to provide it. In particular we need the VM log file. I'll summarise: right click VM in GUI, select "Show Log", save "VBox.log" (only) to a file, zip file and attach here. Make sure the VM is shut down before you collect the log of the session.

Oh. I'm sorry... Kinda new to this.

Oh, I forgot to write that when I'm starting it up it says "VT-x/AMD-V hardware acceleration is not available on your system. Certain guests (e.g. OS/2 and QNX) require this feature and will fail to boot without it."

You need to check your PC user manual or manufacturer, and find out how to boot into your host BIOS and enable VT-x. After that you'll be able to install 64bit guests plus guests which require it for other reasons, which includes all Windows versions from Win8 onwards.

p.s. I noticed that you have an additional problem :-

You only have 1006MB RAM free for both both VMs and host OS use, but you're assigning 1152MB of it to the VM, that isn't going to work. You need to start shutting down some of the outrageous memory hogs you must have running on your host. Ideally you want to free up enough to let you assign at least 2GB to the Win10 guest, while leaving a free gig or two for the host OS to use.
