Windows 8.1 Host Critical Error Vbox 4.3.28 loading Mac os x

I have a HP ENVY 15t-k000 laptop with 12 GBit Ram running windows 8.1 64 bit.
I'm trying to install guest system Mac Os x and I'm getting VirtualBox: Critical error.
Any help or assistance provided would be sincerely appreciated.
