1.6 depends on QT3 yet uses QT4

1.6 depends on QT3 yet uses QT4

As per title, I'm installing the debs for the newest version; when installed it does use the QT4 interface, yet libqt3-mt remains a dependency. Is this a bug or a feature?
I tried searching, couldn't find anything.
