i have PhpStorm in virtualbox. it have autosave feature when you change active window.
but this event is not activated when i move mouse ouf of virtualbox
how can i force this event? i works only when i change to another windows in VB

It doesn't work simply because you're actually running another OS, just like it was a physical machine sitting next to you.
If you were to go on one computer and start PhpStorm, then roll your chair to the other computer, the window would still stay in focus on the first computer since they are different computers in the first place.
AFAIK there is no way to do what you ask purely with VirtualBox but I am no GUI expert here, so I'll let anyone who is confirm that. Don't hold your breath tho. My best bet would be to rely on some hypothetical 3rd party tool.
