i have try to install these version of vbox:4.3.10,4.3.18,4.3.28,on windows 7 64bit.
i got the same error saying:

First thing to do is validating its checksum to make sure that you are not corrupting the download because you are using a download manager.
If that fails then you need to repair the Windows installer which VBox uses but it is part of the host OS. Search for repair Windows installer on google.
