Win7 libusb-win32 device problems

Hello! I'm having trouble connecting to the virtual machine USB-device. It's Olimex OpenOCD JTAG ARM-USB-TINY-H [0700]

HostUSBDevice

IConsole {8ab7c520-2442-4b66-8d74-4ff1e195d2b6}
Other devices connects properly.
Olimex worked fine day ago. I'm using it with virtual machine about a year. Some times I had to reset host to make it work, but it's ok. Now it didn't help. Tryed to downgrade VirtualBox - didn't help ether.
Now I have v 4.3.28 and all up to date.
How can I make Olimex work?
