Windows 10 Host: Host-Interface creation failed

Hi,
im using Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview. I have tried to use Virtualbox with an host-only Adapter(Bridge Adapter also breaks the Installation process, but not part of my question). When i try to ad the Adapter to the global preferences i got the follwoing error.

Fehlercode:E_FAIL (0x80004005)

I did try all 4.3.x and also 5.0 BETA3 Versions. But its always the same.

ANy suggestions?
