Mouse Over doesn't work

Windows 8 host, Fedora 21 guest.
When mouse over something on a chrome webpage the mouse pointer doesn't change and the mouse over is not detected. Another weird thing is I cannot drag the chrome bar. I need to click it for it to work.
Anyone seeing the same issue? This is a freshly installed Fedora 21.
