Several Windows Guests / Host Interface.

I've recently setup a new Linux box, running PCLinuxOS MiniMe (2008) with VirtualBox 1.6 installed which currently has 2 guest machines installed (WinXP Pro/Vista Business) for Development purposes.
I need both machines to be able to access the internet and also the local domain. Using the NAT solution I can access the internet, but not the local domain. Each machine needs to be configured with a static IP address as well that can be accessed from outside the VM by a real PC.
What is the best way for me to achieve this? As a little background I'm new to Linux having come from a Windows background so keeping it as simple as possible would be appreciated.
AStaley.
