VBoxManage modifyvm cpuidset Access is denied

So, a project I've been working with on and off is virtualizing an OS X Yosemite machine. I have everything I need set up except for one thing. I'm trying to change the CPU id with the command

Code: Select all

VBoxManage modifyvm <"C:\Users\Adam\VirtualBox VMs\Yosemite Zone"> --cpuidset 00000001 000306a9 00020800 80000201 178bfbff
PAUSE
I added the pause so CMD doesn't close instantly and I can actually try to figure out what went wrong. I've tried running CMD as an administrator, I've tried making a batch file and running it as administrator, I've tried running in safe mode, but it seems it's all to no avail. All I get is

Code: Select all

C:\Windows\system32>VBoxManage modifyvm 00000001 000306a9 00020800 80000201 178
bfbff 0<"C:\Users\Adam\VirtualBox VMs\Yosemite Zone" 1>--cpuidset
Access is denied.

C:\Windows\system32>PAUSE
Press any key to continue . . .
I've looked all over but I can't seem to get a definite answer as to what's going on. I'd assume that the following would be useful information, so here are some specs:

Code: Select all

Host:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
12GB of RAM
AMD FX(tm)-8310 Eight Core Processor (3.40GHz)
GeForce GT 640 graphics card
Virtualization IS enabled in the BIOS

Guest:
Virtualbox version 4.3.26 r98988
No OS yet
4GB of RAM
4 cores (with PAE/NX enabled)
128MB of Video Memory
EFI disabled
No Guest Addons
I've looked all over, but I can't seem to find a definitive answer. Could someone please lend me a hand? :(
