Why not simply give it a try. Then you can tell us if it works.

It's the same answer for any potential host: If it has a modern Intel processor and runs a supported host OS then yes, VirtualBox will run on it. If the host has lots of CPU cores, RAM and disk space then so much the better.
Note: just because VB runs doesn't mean that (say) Windows 3.1 will run easily with a touch screen interface.
