00:00:13.751495 Host RAM: 3885MB total, 2216MB available
00:00:14.380421 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000080000000 (2 147 483 648, 2 048 MB)
00:00:14.380832 VRamSize <integer> = 0x0000000008000000 (134 217 728, 128 MB)

This log does not show your error but I can tell you that you are over-committing the RAM which will cause a guru mediation error.

You have 2216MB available and the guest is using 2048 + 128 or a total of 2176 which is maxed out. The host side of VirtualBox need RAM as well so I would set the RAM for the guest at 1024MB and see if the error goes away. If you find you need to run the guest at 2048 you will need to stop host side applications or add more RAM to the host.
