Failed to create the VirtualBox COM object

Hi,

I am a newbee for the VirtualBox. I am facing the issue while starting a VM after installation. I am getting the below error messages:

"Failed to create the VirtualBox COM object. The application will now terminate. Callee RC: E_INVALIDARG (0x80070057)"

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine BOSS_MOOL_MYSQL.
The virtual machine 'BOSS_MOOL_MYSQL' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1).
More details may be available in 'C:\Users\Administrator\VirtualBox VMs\BOSS_MOOL_MYSQL\Logs\VBoxStartup.log'. Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)

I have installed the Virtualbox-4.3.26-98988-Win for my 32 bit Windows 7 machine with service pack 1. The machine has Semantec End point protection installed.
