Can I install an OEM version of window 7 as guest?

I have a legal licence, unpacked, not installed on other computers. It is a window 7 ultimate package unsealed. Yes I vas wondering if I can instal it technically.

As I said, many OEM disks won't install, some will. You just have to try.
