As far as the message to restart your machine, just click on the close button for the window. As far as why you are getting the message, you may have EFI set for the guest. Which you shouldn't.

There are three groups of people. Those that can count and those that can't.

Hello,
thanks for the fast reply.
First:
I was not aware, that the close button ( I think you mean the red button in the right upper corner of the window)
emulates the POWER Button of a real machine.
But it just closes the window and shuts down the VM. Nothing else happens. Next start showns the identical behaviour.
Second:
I have not set EFI ( second checkmark in the "erweieter" - expanded ) section of the System dialog.
Third:
Can't turn on NX/XD when the host doesn't support it!
I really do not know, what that is. Any Help welcome.
Regards
Wolfgang

Well I am not entirely sure why the host is not allowing it but my first though would be virus software maybe. I know your CPU supports it and you may also look in the host BIOS to make sure that it is enabled.
Look for something called trusted execution or something like that, because it can be labeled differently depending on your BIOS. You may also need to contact your PC manufacture to find out how to enable it.

@Perryg
Hello,
you did the trick.
In the BIOS (UEFI BIOS Version P67 Extreme 6 P1.80)
there was somethging called "NoExecute Memory Protection"
The entry was disabled. I enabled it.
And greate surprise: The Win10 Installation proceeded normal - no odd messages !!!
Many many thanks.
