I've noticed OSE version has only two types of virtual network cards:
[-nictype<1-N> Am79C970A|Am79C973]
while GUI and manual shows another nic type: 824OEM.

anybody knows why?
whats the diferent between this network cards??

The 8240EM is PUEL only. That's why it doesn't show up in the OSE version.

Why is it PUEL only? You'd have to ask Sun.
