i am shift deleted guest system's storage .vdi file. tried recuva and rstudio but can't recovered the .vdi. i have all of guest's files except storage vdi. could i recover my files with new guest from snapshot? or what you prefer? i need only one file..

Snapshots are patch files. If you don't have the base file to be patched then the snapshot is not useful.
The only thing that would be useful is a backup, taken any time after the first snapshot was created.
