New Starter - Help needed

Hi
I am new starter using VM.
I am using Mac OS X and installed Virtual Box from site.
But i don't know how to install windows 7 in the virtual box can you please help me how can i install windows 7 in VM hosting mac.
Is there any website or youtube link which shows step-by step guide.

I suggest that you look at the user manual. Section 1.7 - "Creating your first virtual machine" seems like a good start.

You will of course need a genuine Win7 setup DVD (or ISO image of same) with install key.
