Windows 7 Guest USB 2.0 (EHCI) not enabled

Hi, I have a Windows Phone 8 that I need to access in my VM. I have the Windows 8 64bit installed on a Win7 host.
I've installed the Oracle VM VirtualBox extension Pack version 4.3.26 on my host.

But even with this extension pack the USB 2.0 (EHCI) still disabled!
I think this is the problem why Windows Phone device is not discovered in my VM guest.

Here is the print of my VM USB configuration (the VM host is in Portuguese)

I really need to access my Windows Phone to update my apps through this VM and I can't do that!

You need to install the matching extension pack.

attach the vbox.log for the guest here.

Both the host and guest are running the 4.3.26 r98988 versions.

The log from my VM have 400mb, if I compress is a 4.6mb file. Is this file that you need to analyze ?

your vbox.log can't be 400mb.
Right click the VM in the VirtualBoxGUI. Select "Show Log". Save "VBox.log" to a file. Compress that file and attach it to a message here. Make sure the VM is fully shut down beforehand.

Yes, my virtualbox log is 413mb! And this file was made with the VM off!
I've attached a PARTIAL log file, hope that this could help you to help me!

You have a lot of crap in the log file related to TeamViewer. You need to either exclude VirtualBox from its hooks, or find a certified version of "tv_x64.dll".

The weird thing is that it seems to be loading this DLL from a temp folder :-

The other thing is that this dll seems to be making 1000 attempts per second to inject itself, i.e. every time it gets rejected, it tries again. You need to ditch this asap.

How can I exclude the VirtualBox from this hooks ? My client use TeamViewer to allows me access the remote computer and update the Windows Phone 8 smartphone.

That's a TeamViewer support question - you'd have to ask them. From it's behaviour it seems to be very badly written, so you might want to raise that them with them too. When refused a resource you do NOT flood the system with repeated requests until you get a positive response - in another context that's called a Denial Of Service attack, and is a principle feature of malware. In fact I'm not convinced that I'm not looking at malware. Who else hides executable files in a temp folder? Especially uncertified executables that try to invade and overwhelm other host processes.

Maybe it's a behavior of this version of TeamViewer that is not installed on the computer, it's a executable program that runs when the user clicks on it. I will ask for the IT guys to install the full version of TeamViewer and see if the problem is solved.

In general you don't need to - VirtualBox keeps a log file for the last 4 sessions. Older logs get deleted after that.

However, if you want them gone right away then you can simply delete the contents of the Logs subfolder.
