Cannot restore Snapshot

Everytime I try to restore my VM from a sanpshot I got My VM Freezing and I must shut it Down. When is shut down and I try to start it I got error:

Reverting to a snapshot state might take a considerable time, especially if you are short of disk space, or if the disk has issues. If you force close the VirtualBox process while it is working then you are pretty much guaranteed a dead VM.

Do you have any real VM backups?
