problem starting machines

Post by adriaan66 »

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a problem with starting Virtualbox computers on my Windows 2012 server. (on both Windows 2012 servers i have the same problem, they are both the same servers.. the only thing which different is the amount of RAM memory)

I use Comodo Firewall, no anti-virus program. Today everything works fine..

Comodo ask me to install a update, i have installed the update.. when this succeeded the system ask me to restart, i restarted the server and the server is beginning installing some Windows Updates..

When the server is restarted, i cannot start Virtual Machines in Virtual Box, i get the following error. (see attached files, i have also added 1 .txt failure file) i have reinstalled Virtual Box, it doesn't help, i have installed a older version of Virtual Box, it doesn't help. (i have restarted the server many times at the moment i have installed/removed Virtual Box), i have removed Virtual Box and also Comodo Firewall, i restarted the machine and installed Virtual Box as Administrator... but nothing solves the problem, i can't start Virtual Machines.

Is it possible that someone can help me and advise me what i can do to solve this problem? can i use Virtual Box anymore so i must going to use VMWare? or another product that can start my Virtual Machines?

I looking forward to read your answer, thanks!!

Regards,
Adriaan
