Yosemite-- Cannot install Windows 64 bit as guest

I've got a new Mac with OS 10.10 Yosemite , I have installed VirtualBox ver 4.3.26, but cannot install Window 7 64bit as a guest OS. Did anyone install Windows 7 64bit successfully with Yosemite?
