Right click the VM in the VirtualBoxGUI. Select "Show Log". Save "VBox.log" to a file. Compress that file and attach it to a message here. Make sure the VM is fully shut down beforehand.

The reason your guests run slowly is because your CPU doesn't support hardware acceleration (VT-x). Nothing you can do other than replacing your PC.

@FurqanHanif: you need to install the Guest Additions, inside the guest. That includes a graphics driver which will fix your graphics size and graphics performance issues (which I suspect is the only real issue you have). It will also give you such things as an integrated mouse cursor.

See chapter 4.2 of the user manual for GAs installation instructions.

The log says that you have not installed the guest additions, not even once.

Did you review that section of the user manual as I asked?

I didn't bring up the guest additions because of the Pentium CPU.

Never mind, I see it now. The guest additions are there, but behaving oddly...

Where did this copy of XP come from?

I would also recommend the following steps:
  1. Scrap the current VM and create a new one with a RAM size 512MB and a hard disk size of 32GB (10GB is too small for XP - it will lead to disk congestion and poor performance). Make sure to use dynamic VDI. Never used fixed. Defriend anyone that tells you otherwise.
  2. Do enable 2D acceleration, do not enable 3D acceleration.
  3. VRAM of 32MB seems ok.
You can force a larger display size by grabbing the bottom right corner of the window with your mouse, and dragging. However your VM resolution can't be dragged higher than your host. What is your host resolution btw?

And just how many illegitimate copies of XP did your friend give out?

I'm done here.

Well i ask Microsoft to Give me an XP copy and They Refuses to Give One (My Original XP CD is also Damaged , And Supports Ends Too and i Think You don't Know That ), So i Left With Two Choices , either i Download it From Torrent or Get From One of my Friends... So i choose Seconds...
And XP supports Ends on April 2014 , is This Legal , Illegal Matters Now... -_-
And i Don't care How many Illegal Copies My Friends Gave out , if you'r Curious about it i simply Give You My Friend Number or Facebook , ask By yourSelf.. :)

You Unable to Solve My Problem and Finding Stupid Excuses ................ I don't care... :)
