TOSHIBA WIN7 64Bit, VB 4.3.26 doesn't start

Hi!
I'm new on using VB, and i search for this error in google, here with the "search" feature, but i hano not found nothing that could help me.
So, this is the issue:
-download the last version available, VB 4.3.26.
-install it following the typical instructions
When i start, a windows message tell me that the programis closing. Then, this VB error appears:
RC Calee: CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE (0x80080005)
If i try to close the windows error page, VB start but it's totally useless, because if i try to start a new machine, "type" and "version" are empty.
So, i thought that it could be an installation problem. I tried to( not in order).
-downlad the package again;
-disable my internet connection;
-disable my antivirus and firewalls;
-uninstall VB with Total Uninstall and reinstall it again;
-Re-run the installation pack just for a repair function;
-restart my PC;
Nothing to do. I don't know what to do, please help. Thanks.

Usually this means that the software wasn't installed properly. On Windows 64bit hosts you must install for the correct user (not user "Admin"), and use "Run as administrator" to run the installer app.

I tried to reinstall it a lot of times, also as administrator.
Any message asks me if i want to install it for the normal user or admin user.

Also tried to add the installer to exception list of avira, but nothing feasible happens.

News: if i open the detail list of the Windows error message, it says that the event is APPCRASH, and the problem is in the process VirtualBox.exe, or sometimes it says that is the process VBoxSVC.exe.
Also, i tried to install some previus versions, but the error is always the same.

I'm afraid that none of this changes my previous answer. Please consider what I wrote, and do not jump to conclusions. In particular I specifically said not to install it as "Administrator", as that is not the correct user. There is a huge difference between running the installer with adminstrator-level privileges ("Run as..."), which is required, and running the installer while logged in as the user "Administrator" - which is most definitely NOT required!

I have only one account in my pc. Can i assume that it is the administrator?

On a 64bit Windows host, a user set up with default settings almost certainly does not have admin rights. But, that really doesn't matter: just make sure you are logged in as yourself, and use "Run as adminstrator" when running the VirtualBox installer. That should ensure that you have the correct user with the correct permissions for the install.

you got it. My account is an administrator one. Now i change the type user and try again to install it

BTW, just in case this isn't known, Andrea, "Run as Administrator" is done by right-clicking the Virtualbox installer file. Do not log off and log back in as another account. Log in on your regular account you wish to run the Virtualbox guests under, even if it is not an administrator account. Right-click the installer, and choose "Run as Administrator" from the right-click menu.

So, i did these passages:
-create another account (called "admin") with password and set it as administrator
-Change my account from administrator to standard user
-reboot the PC
-login with my account (standard user now)
-run the installer as administrator
-windows ask me the password of the administrator account to go ahead
-installed.
Unfortunately the problem perists.
Did i miss something?

When you "run the installer as administrator", did you right-click the installer and choose "Run As Administrator" from the menu, or did you try to run as the new admin account (by Shift-right-clicking the installer and choosing "Run as different user"? The first one is correct.

The windows window says thet the problem is an APPCRASH of VBoxSVC.exe
NEWS: Version 4.1.8 works. I can't explain why 4.3.26 is not.
