Mac OS X snowleopard installation issues

I have tried 10-12 times ti install MacOS x-snowleopard 10.6.2 on virtualbox ... but it keeps showing different errors everytime i try to boot it. Please Help.
Error 1: "You need to restart your computer. Hold the power button until it turns off, then press the power button again"
What do i do when this pop up presents it self....??????
