8GB of RAM
I have installed windows 7 on a bootcamp partition.
I never use OS-X and always boot into windows.
Can I install virtualbox and then Linux on my windows partition and use it from windows?
Do I have to install vitualbox from OS-X?

You can install VirtualBox in your Bootcamp partition. Just download the Windows version while you are in Windows and install it.
