Hi
I'm using the version 4.3.26 r98988 of VM VirtualBox on Windows7 pro 32bit.
I have 2 virtual machines installed, Win XP and Win7.
Until a few days ago everything works fine.
From now when I try to open a virtual machine , an error is generated:

"Opening a session to the Virtual Machine WINXP failed.

The virtual machine ' WINXP ' Has terminated unexpectedly During startup with exit code 1 ( 0x1 ) . More details may be available in ' C : \ Users \ Daniel \ VirtualBox VMs \ WINXP \ Logs \ VBoxStartup.log ' .

Code ' output : E_FAIL ( 0x80004005 )
Component: Machine
Interface: IMachine { 480cf695-2d8d - 4256-9c7c - cce4184fa048 }"

The error is generated on both virtual machines.....
Is anyone kindly help me to solve this problem ?

Thanks

Best regards

Daniele

Have a look at the following thread: Windows 4.3.26 Specifically for errors due to Security. All of it! If you don't find something similar, post and include a zipped version of your VBoxStartup.log.

Many thanks socratis !!
I checked the link posted , but I could not figure out the problem ...
I send you I send you the zip file of the log startupfile zip log startup.
If I can not open the virtual machine I lose a lot of work !

The recent Microsoft Updates glitches may be y'all's problems. See: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=67355

If you really have to get going try Virtualbox version 4.3.12, which is the last version before all the dll-security-checking started. Just make sure your host doesn't have any malware on it.
